BAWARIAN BREAD
The unique formula of Bavarian Bread is based on se- lected species of rye, wheat and whole grain spelt flour, with the addition of natural rye malt and spelt sourdough. The Bavarian seasoning – a mix of caraway, coriander, an- ise and cumin – adds a subtle spicy flavour and aroma to the Bavarian Bread.

Bavarian Bread also contains linseed, which has high content of healthy fatty acids and fibre, sunflower seeds, which are the source of polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E*, and potato flakes, which area a natural humec- tant.
