SPELT AND SUNFLOWER CAKE
Where tradition meets modernity.
The cake is made from a traditional wheat variety – spelt flour enriched with sunflower seeds. Inspiration and basis of new cake was wspelt flour, made from traditional kind of wheat. We enriched the cake with addition of slightly roasted sunflower seeds.
The fruit of our effort is Spelt & Sunflower Cake with harmonious, slightly nutty flavor with a hint of caramel. As a result of its rich ingredients, the cake is a source of dietary fiber.
